Philip Wade LLB (Hons), MRICS

Philip Wade trained and qualified as a professional quantity surveyor and spent 15 years working overseas gaining experience in all aspects of quantity surveying.

Philip also worked for a number of years in the pre-contract department of a national contractor, prior to studying law full time at Essex University.

The combination of experience in both quantity surveying and contract law enables Philip to give advice on contractual terms and agreements, contract administration and where required the management of adjudications. Philip also acts as party representative on adjudications.
