Tony Ciorra has been the principal project management consultant for a variety of commissions that include both construction projects and non-construction business change programmes. His experience includes both design and construction expertise.

Tony has extensive Project Consulting experience including planning and Programme Management; Risk, Value and Project Facilitation. Tony enjoys considerable repeat commissions from some of the most exacting commercial developers. He has been appointed Expert Witness on several projects.

Tony is Prince 2 qualified and is joint author of the CIOB’s “Guide to Good Practice in the Management of Time in Complex Projects”
