Tracy Ann Hall provides planning expertise in a project management role. Tracy assists both construction and non construction clients on projects worldwide.

Tracy has considerable experience in Programme Management on all types of construction projects. Using her engineering 3D mind, problem solving approach and  construction knowledge, she prepares programmes for tenders, current projects and delay analysis.  She often acts in an auditing role when clients require an independent review of their in house reports.

She acts for statutory undertakings, government departments, large and small contractors, developers, smaller organisations plus specialist subcontractors and is Prince 2 qualified.
