During Andrew’s 35 years in the construction industry, he has gained extensive experience of commercial and contractual matters, working with clients, design teams, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. His particular specialism is dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.
Wherever possible, early advice is always the preferred option to avoid disputes. However, a strategy for managing disputes is also essential. Andrew is well versed in giving practical advice on the measures to be taken and the contemporaneous records that must be kept in order to protect your position.
Since 1999 Andrew has gained extensive Adjudication experience. He has represented and been successful in, hundreds of adjudications both as the Referring and Responding representative.
Andrew is a Chartered Construction Manager and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Andrew has been riding a variety of bikes for many years now, most had engines, and some even worked!
