Kevin is dual qualified in both construction and the law; a combination he uses to provide Edge Consult’s clients with advice and practical assistance on contractual and financial matters.

Kevin provides support in all forms of dispute resolution, acting either as an Advocate or in the role of Quantum Expert. In either role, Kevin utilises his over forty years of experience. When advocating, Kevin recommends the strategy, interrogates the evidence, develops the case and then manages the formal process on behalf of our client.

When acting in the role of Expert, where he is responsible to the tribunal, Kevin seeks to identify the true and unbiased position of the parties. Kevin is regularly asked to use his extensive experience to undertake:

• financial audits of proposed, live and completed projects

• reviews of contract terms/documents

• reviews of financial claims and other financial reports

• development of financial reporting systems

• risk reviews.

On occasion Kevin will take on the traditional Quantity Surveying role on valuation and quantum matters.

Kevin regularly and repeatedly assists Employers, Developers, Contractors, Sub-contractors, in order to enhance and secure their position.

Kevin is a keen member of the East Suffolk Morris Men. As well as dancing in the UK, his hobby regularly takes him all over the World.

Kevin uses both his construction and legal expertise to provide Edge Consult’s clients with advice and practical assistance on contractual and financial matters.

Kevin helps clients to consider and develop strategies to resolve disputes. Where legal dispute processes cannot be avoided, Kevin represents our clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution; developing and putting forward their case and managing the process on their behalf. To enhance clients control of their projects, Kevin undertakes financial and contractual audits of proposed, live and completed jobs. Kevin assists clients with financial and risk management and can also undertake the traditional Quantity Surveying role.

Kevin regularly and repeatedly assists blue chip companies, large construction contractors and developers, smaller organisations and construction sub-contractors to enhance and secure their position.

Kevin is a keen member of the East Suffolk Morris Men. As well as dancing in the UK, his hobby regularly takes him all over the World.
